There is a large gas fireplace for those cozy cold season nights. The home has a heat pump and air conditioning. There is a large butlers pantry/mud room off the garage as well as a large laundry room ready for your washer and dryer to be hooked up. A small dog is permitted. There is a $50 pet rent and $500 pet deposit. We require the pet to be part of your previous rental history reference. Note: this is on a golf course. There is no fence. There are HOA rules strictly enforced regarding pets. There is no smoking inside OR outside of this home. This is a NO SHOES household so please bring your clean house shoes! Enjoy a complete gourmet kitchen with open concept again for entertaining that Superbowl party! The initial lease will go to 6/30 with the option to renew.
