There are HOA rules strictly enforced regarding pets. There is no smoking inside OR outside of this home. This is a NO SHOES household so please bring your clean house shoes! Enjoy a complete gourmet kitchen with open concept again for entertaining that Superbowl party! One year lease required. Tenants pay electric, gas, water/sewer and trash service.
