This is a spacious upstairs apartment is available on the 15th of March, 2026 in downtown Moscow. It is walking distance (2 blocks) to the U of I campus and is directly downtown on the east side of Bucers and above White Pine Outfitters. Adorable and cozy, the second-floor apartment has wood floors in the living room and linoleum in the kitchen. The apartment has big windows for passive solar heat and overlooks Jackson Street (electric heat is also available). The apartment has new counters, lighting and ceiling fan, door, keycode lock, toilet, windows, and bedroom floors. Rent includes a parking pass for the downtown City of Moscow parking lot adjacent to the building. The lease is for one year. A deposit ($920) and the first month of rent ($920) are due at signing. A small quiet dog or up to 2 cats are negotiable with a monthly fee of $35 and extra deposit of $200. Landlord provides W/S/G and WiFi internet.
