About 1152 E Broadway
AVAILABLE IN CENTRALIA- Beautiful remodeled, very clean 3 bedroom duplex. This unit includes brand new stainless steel matching kitchen appliances including fridge, stove and microwave, dining room, a laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups in the unit. Rent is $1225 a month, that does include your water, trash, lawncare, pest control and maintenance. We do require first and last months rent as well as a $1000 deposit before move in totaling $3450 at lease signing. We can hold the unit for up to 2 weeks with the deposit alone at which time the remainder would be due and keys would be given. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have proof of income meeting income guidelines of a household monthly bring home income of $4900. Pets are an additonal $50 a month per pet. NO SMOKING AND NO PRIOR EVICTIONS!
