Property Id: 2441207 The Warren district of Bisbee ihas a small town feel. Central park area and the adjacent ball field are in the center of the residential area. Many historic buildings and homes, and the Copper Queen Community Hospital is a few blocks away. Elementary and high schools are close, junior high a mile or so away. Surrounded by mining history. Vista Street is a highly sought-after location. This house is an historic house, built in 1916, with upgrades including new Anderson windows, the kitchen and main bath were remodeled recently. And some quirks. Floors are original hardwood in main areas downstairs, with tile in the kitchen, bath and utility room. Bedroom 3 and the stairs are carpeted. The utility room is large with room for project and hobbies, with a nice washer and dryer included. Central heat and air. Property is fully fenced, higher in the back, 3' decorative wrought iron in front. No grass to take care of, the park is across the street! Trees and a variety of bushes and plants are easy to maintain. Old Bisbee, the main tourist area, is a couple of miles up the road. The weekly farmer's market is at the park across the street. Always something going on in Bisbee - lots of festivals, art, music events, 1,000 stair race, celebrations like the Return of the Turkey Vultures. Plenty of history too - Bisbee was once the largest city between St. Louis and San Francisco at the height of copper mining here!
