I recently finalized signing my lease at Uptown. Rachel made the process easy and efficient, and was quick to respond to all of my questions with kindness. As mentioned in some of the comments, there is an application fee and a holding fee for an apartment. Overall I am satisfied with my experience thus far and will update my review as time goes on.

Uptown apartments is an excellent place to live in and call it home. The management is very responsive, the staff friendly and the decor and cleanliness extremely well maintained. No pests at all - ever! The staff are like family and will come to your rescue when you need it. We lived there for 4-5 yrs and enjoyed every minute of it. I would highly recommend this complex if someone wants to stay close to the hospital (UH or Cleveland Clinic or the VA) or be in the center of the CWRU campus.
