Our efficiency includes a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and a washer/dryer. We also have free wi-fi, cable TV, and a smart TV. Our building is well-maintained and clean. We offer off-street parking. We require that you are at least 24 y/o, provide a copy of your government-issued id, and submit to a background credit/criminal/eviction background check. Our unit is non-smoking and no pets are permitted.

We have wifi, a smart tv and DVD player. The Gold Coast Mall is directly across the street. There are numerous restaurants and retail shopping. All utilities are included. Each tenant is required to have a credit, background and eviction history check. All utilities are included! Max occupancy is 2.
