Welcome to High Point North in Ocean City, MD where you can relax and spend your vacation at the beach or our oceanfront sundeck and pool. Our condo is ideal for couples or small families. Our efficiency includes a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and a washer/dryer. We also have free wi-fi, cable TV, and a smart TV. Our building is well-maintained and clean. We offer off-street parking. We require that you are at least 24 y/o, provide a copy of your government-issued id, and submit to a background credit/criminal/eviction background check. Our unit is non-smoking and no pets are permitted.
