Enjoy your stay at this SIX MONTH RENTAL available April 9, 2026-October 31, 2026 (approx) Gorgeous & spacious furnished Sands Point pool home in Tierra Verde! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, with two living spaces, a pool & spa, and a two car garage include tasteful Florida style decor with high ceilings throughout, all renovated in 2019. Indoor/Outdoor entertaining is made easy with the custom kitchen and family room providing a great place to gather, and features a large 75" tv, electric fireplace, and large reclining sofa. Lovely landscaping surrounds the bird caged outdoor entertainment area which includes a dining area, heated pool, heated spa, firepit area, and propane gas grill. The primary bedroom has it's own entry to the pool area, and features an en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet, granite counters, double sinks, enclosed glass shower and private toilet compartment. Tierra Verde has its own amenities including a short distance to Ft. DeSoto and downtown St. Pete, St. Pete Beach. Multiple dining venues are right on the island, as well as "downtown Tierra Verde" business center. Pets are allowed on a pet-by-pet basis with a non-refundable pet fee of $350. Tenants will reimburse owner for utilities; owner will maintain the lawn and pool care which is included in the rent. AVAILABLE APRIL 9, 2026 FOR SIX MONTHS ONLY.
