The formal dining room has original arch walkway and hardwood flooring continues. Kitchen is updated with new stainless appliances, large pantry and access to the laundry room. Down a short hallway is the full bathroom with tub/shower combo and linen shelves. One bedroom sits on the back side of house and 2 additional bedrooms are located on the front side of home. One bedroom has original closet shelves and built in closet. Passing through 1 bedroom you will come to the 3rd and final bedroom, sitting on the front corner of the home. Off the laundry room is a 2 car carport and fenced in backyard with mature oak trees. Pets allowed on a pre-approved basis is all pet fees paid. Limit 2 pets, under 35lbs. Owner/Manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150. All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have no pet fees due. If unverified, pet fees will be required. School zones - Semmes Elementary, Workman Middle, Washington High School Tenant Benefit Package fee of $39/month is required for all tenants.
