Semi-furnished. This is an intelligently designed unit with separation between the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a generous living room which includes a wood burning fireplace and cable TV. There is a dining area next to a bar with stools. There’s a porch swing on the deck. This place has a great location. It’s easy access to Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne. If you prefer the bus, it picks up across the street and can take you to Keystone, Silverthorne or Frisco. It’s next to Lake Dillon (there’s a small view from the dining room) and is across from the Dillon Amphitheater. The bike path goes right by which connects into Keystone in one direction and to Frisco and Vail in the other direction.
