Tenants are responsible for obtaining the following utilities: electrical through Central Virginia CO-OP. Tenant will need to provide window A/C units. One small pet will be considered for a monthly pet rent of $35.00 and non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 Breed restrictions do apply. This house is tenant occupied and will need 48hrs notice before any showing. To arrange a viewing of this property, simply submit an inquiry or call our office at 434-589-3958. Once you've seen the property and decide to proceed with a lease, the application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant.
