**Well furnished** I absolutely LOVE living in Wolverine Crossing! Unfortunately, I need to relocate to other city or else I would stay. I live on the top floor which is super nice and calm. The apartment has just one other really awesome roommate! Super clean living area. I never had any problems living here - the locality, room, roommate are all super awesome, couldn't ask for more. You'll have your private bathroom it's perfect! Always available parking in the parking lot. Great ward if you're LDS. Wolverine Crossing is within walking distance to UVU and Walmart. My contract at Wolverine Crossing is $337/month including utilities. It's about as close to UVU as you can get, but there are also tons of non-students living in the complex. It's a really awesome place. Really nice rooms, big kitchen and living room. Tons of amenities including: a fully-furnished apartment, 24 hour fitness center, free resident parking, laundry, two pools and jacuzzis, a UTA frontrunner station less than a minute walk away, and a 55" flat screen in every unit! The apartments are really nice and everyone I've met has been very nice. The contract is available from the end of April on - I'd like to sell it as soon as possible. It's a shared room, but there's the possibility of having a private room or sharing with someone you know already (my roommate is also moving out). Female apartment contract for sale at Wolverine Crossing. Great apartment complex! Easy access to the freeway, University Ave, and plenty of businesses. Right next to UVU. Complex also includes two swimming pools, laundry in the building, and a fitness center. Apartment includes two fridges, large flat-screen TV, and bathroom shared with one other girl. This is a private room at Wolverine Crossing. It is a double, so there are two beds, dressers, desks and closets all to your self! It also comes with it's own bathroom. If, later on, you decide you want to share the room with someone they can rent the other half of the room. The apartment has three rooms, so there will vary from 3 to 6 girls living there. It comes with all the needed appliances and a flat screen tv! Wolverine Crossing is a really fun environment to live in. There are activities going on all throughout each month. The amenities are incredibly nice. There are two pools, two hot tubs, a volleyball and basketball court, a gym, and a tanning bed. Wolverine Crossing is right next to I-15 and UVU is just on the other side of the freeway! It is also right next to the Front Runner station. (and there are several bus stops around the premises.) I have loved living at Wolverine Crossing so much and I hope that I will get to move back when I am back in the state!
