This unit originally built in the 20s or 30s has brick and concrete walls between it and the neighboring units, so unlike modern construction, these apartments are very insulated and quiet. The unit has AC but also tends to stay cool in the summer. the furnace is strong so it is very warm in the winter. This apartment has blackout curtains as well as special easy to care for foam boat decking on the floors which is nicer than carpet and keeps the floor warm in winter and make it cozy. Artfully cheerfully decorated. Wifi and utilities are included. This apartments here are very quiet and peaceful due to natural boundaries between the property and its neighbors. Yet we are in a very central convenient location a few minutes walk to downtown, library, museums, movie theaters, hot spring spas, art galleries, riverside parks. Short drive to State Parks, Lakes, Hiking The property has a total 10 apartments. So we often have more units available at different price ranges from $625-825/month utilities and wifi included. Some Apts have larger kitchens and full baths, others are simple efficiency units with 1/2 bath. All Apts have nice AC and of course heat, Bed and basic furnishings appliances & kitchen essentials are included but we can also move stuff out into our storage area if you want your own furnishings. Laundry on site. We usually rent month to month, but also do shorter fixed term arraignments. We have a few of the larger apartments also listed on Airbnb for short term stays.
