Three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is excellent Swannanoa location. Attached one car garage. Pool in development. Updated, clean, well kept. This was our home when we lived in the Asheville area and it has been updated with new HVAC, new hot water heater, convection microwave, LVP flooring, new stairs with stained treads/painted risers (instead of carpet), etc. An earlier availability date may be possible, depending upon the time the current tenant vacates. It is subject to discussion. Trash service and HOA fees paid by owner. Electricity, water and TV/internet paid by tenant. Screening report paid by owner for chosen applicant who leases property.
