University Park - Beautiful Home and Area! - Beautiful home a short walk from a 6.5-acre park and playground. Mostly renovated, with large vaulted ceilings in the living room and an overlooking loft. Has great entertainment spaces with a brand new kitchen, two eating areas, an adjoining family room, as well as a 900 sq ft Trex deck! Very large master bedroom with room for a large sitting area/office and a large walk-in closet. 3 bedrooms upstairs are complemented by a 4th bedroom in the basement with an attached bathroom and large storage area. New LVP flooring through most of the main level and newer carpet (under 2 years old). The functioning wood-burning fireplace in the family room makes for cozy evenings on the couch. This home sits on almost a quarter acre with a cedar fence surrounding the backyard which features a 900 sq ft deck and large trees that provide great shade in the summertime!
