There are also custom cabinets and vinyl flooring that extends throughout the living area and bathrooms, with the bedrooms having carpet. WE’RE INVESTED IN YOUR FUTURE - With AMRR, you can take full advantage of our homebuyer program and earn up to $5,000 towards the future purchase of a new home. We also report all on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus, which can have a huge positive impact on your credit score. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months. Application fees are normally $50 per application. But if you complete a scheduled showing (in person or virtual) with one of our leasing agents, you become eligible to receive a $25 application. Those who do not meet our normal renting criteria could still qualify through the guarantors program we offer. Utilities are ALWAYS the responsibility of the tenant, unless otherwise advertised. Tenants are also responsible for all lawn care and maintenance during tenancy. Security deposits are required for all properties, but we offer various deposit amounts and payment options, which are determined during the application process.
