Walk into the open concept living area, which has a propane fireplace and perfect under-the-stairs "doggy den" that can be used for storage or a kid's reading nook. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. Half bath and coat closet on the first floor. As you go up the stairs, you'll find a large master bedroom with tray ceilings. The master bath has a double sink, marble-lined shower, makeup vanity, and massive closet. A laundry room including a washer and dryer sits between the master and the other 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have closets large enough to walk into! A full bath is also upstairs. Attic is available for additional storage space. Monthly rent includes trash pickup and quarterly pest control. Up to 2 dogs permitted with fee, subject to approval. Nonrefundable fee of $250/dog. No cats, reptiles, or other animals. One additional dog may be considered. We do a complete and very thorough criminal, credit and rental history check.
