The second level has a large patio deck/balcony to hang out and relax plus a half bathroom for guests. The Kitchen has a large Kitchen Island amazing for seating and hosting. The Kitchen appliances included are: Refrigerator, Kitchen Fan, Gas Stove and Dishwasher. Finally, on the third level, find your Primary Bedroom and Primary Bathroom plus all additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The full size Washer and Dryer is included for your convenience. All appliances are under no warranty throughout the lease term. 2 Small Pets OK! Limit of 2 pets under 50lbs only and additional Pet Rent of $50/per pet per month and Deposit of $500.00 required per pet. Sorry, no large aquariums or large gallon fish tanks. Two pet maximum.
