The laundry closet off of the dining room includes the stacked washer and dryer. Upstairs are both bedrooms with wood-look laminate floors, the full bathroom, and a linen closet. Bedrooms have ample closet space; the larger bedroom has two closets. Outdoors, enjoy a sweet covered front porch and the nicely landscaped front yard, plus a back deck and patio overlooking the community green space and pool. Parking for two cars in front and overflow parking available by the community green space. Central heat (electric) and air conditioning. Tenant responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, and trash removal. Landscaping is included except that tenant is responsible for weeding the rear beds and patio area. No smoking. No pets. No cosigners.
