About 10A High St
Recently renovated unit with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The property owners have lived in the unit since 2019 and have made improvements to just about every room in the house. The majority of improvements occurred during the summer of 2022. There is about 600 unfinished sq ft of basement storage space along with an outdoor shed. The property is a short 5 minute walk to downtown New Milford. Dogs are welcome, but there is a non-refundable deposit and a 50lb weight limit. The home is heated with oil, if interested all utilities can be included for an additional $400/mo. Trash, sewer and water are included in the monthly rent along with lawn service and snow removal. 1.5 month security deposit, along with 1st-month rent due at lease signing. The desired move-in date would be around end of August/beginning of September. Owner pays for: Water Sewer Trash Owner provides: Lawn care Snow removal Fees: Pet deposit (non-refundable) - $300 per dog (50 lbs, 2 dog max) Optional utilities to include - $400/mo for electric and oil (FYI - 275 gallon oil tank)
