Lower level unit will be also be leased. All utilities electric, heat, water, association fees, marina club, cable, internet, trash, grass and snow removal are included. Also includes a yearly pass to the nearby state parks for boating, life guarded swimming with beach, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, fishing, largest waterfalls in Maryland. Well behaved pets with a $35 per pet monthly fee - max 2. First and last month's rent and a $500 refundable security deposit required prior to check in. The refundable security deposit we are very good at returning if the unit is retuned in the same condition it was found minus normal wear the tear. All utilities are an additional $300- electric, heat, water, propane, association fees, cable, trash, internet, grass, snow removal 6+. The unit comes fully furnished including kitchen.
