The other available 1 Oct. -A very short walk to MacEwan University, NAIT, Kingsway Mall, Rogers Place, Norquest, everything downtown.-13 minute LRT (train) ride to the University of Alberta from Kingsway Mall/Royal Alex Hospital LRT, 800 meters north of home (short walk). 9 minutes from Roger Place LRT, 1.4km south of home.Address: 15-10909-106 St This is in the heart of Edmonton's downtown, and yet is still a surprisingly quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood with a beautiful park in its core.-no need to shovel snow or mow lawn, any outdoor maintenance: this is covered in owner-paid condo fees.-Built in 2002 and well-maintained. The bedrooms are spacious. One has a double closet, the other a walk-in closet. Right now there is one.-Included: I pay for someone to clean 3hrs once/month, maintaining a minimum standard.
