Move-In Costs: Upon approval, a nonrefundable Earnest Deposit equal to the security deposit is required. Total deposits will not exceed 1.5 times the monthly rent, per Arizona law. Deposits are refundable at move-out, minus any applicable charges. A one-time $250 lease preparation fee and first month’s rent are due prior to move-in. Recurring Monthly Costs: A 3% administration fee applies. Renter’s insurance is required. Tenant is responsible for all utility costs.
