This versatile, affordable 2 bedroom home includes a large bonus room ideal for a home office, yoga studio, creative space, or hobby workshop. Enter from your private deck into the first level, featuring the living room, full bathroom, and one of the two bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find the kitchen, second bedroom, and the bonus room, offering a flexible layout with plenty of separation between living spaces. Convenient on-street parking is available directly in front of the entrance on the Moyallen Street side. Pet-friendly property! Cats and small dogs under 25 lbs fully grown are welcome with $25/month pet rent per pet. Larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with $50/month pet rent and additional insurance requirements. This unit is currently undergoing a refresh, and we are now setting up a waiting list for showings. We expect the apartment to be ready to show by the end of the month and available for move-in as early as June 15.
