I've been living at The Lively for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Nicole and the team have been incredibly welcoming and helpful since day one, always going above and beyond to answer questions and address any concerns quickly. Any minor maintenance issues I’ve had were fixed promptly, usually the next day after putting in a request online. The amenities here are fantastic. The pool and gym are always clean and well-maintained, and the coffee machine in the office is such a thoughtful perk! It’s always stocked, thanks to the attentive office staff. The concierge people service gives me peace of mind knowing my deliveries are safe, and I love how dog-friendly the community is. The dog park is a big hit with my pup! The community is feels safe and serene, with well-lit pathways at night and ample parking. Plus, having nearby restaurants and a walkable grocery store is so convenient. The Lively truly offers everything I was looking for, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone searching for a great place to live!

I’ve been here since 2017 and I must say the current front office staff is the best it’s ever been, always helping one way or another to make it easier to stay and live here and continually re sign my lease.
