The yard is fully easy to maintain rocked landscaping in front and backyard. There is an attached two car garage. HOA: Stone Ridge – HOA rules and CC&R’s apply. Amenities include: an indoor and outdoor pool, a hot tub, tennis and sports courts, fitness facility, a banquet room and various activities for your enjoyment. You can also enjoy the walking paths that wind through the natural areas surrounding and within the community. Resident responsible for membership fee. $50.00 fee payable to the HOA for access card.
