One small dog or cat allowed with a separate $400.00 pet deposit, $100 non-refundable pet fee, and $25 a month pet rent. There are breed & weight restrictions for dogs. *Pictures are of a another unit and colors of flooring, paint, and cabinets may vary.* Additional Details: Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No smoking or vaping permitted. Security deposit equals one month's rent (waived at signing for qualified tenants!). Renter's insurance required. Home is not approved for housing vouchers.
