This 1,200 sq. ft., two bedroom apartment is a newer third floor attic apartment in a nice older home. The ceiling height is about 7 foot down the middle of the apartment with sloped roof/ceilings toward the outsides of the building. This yields lots of storage space in the lower corners of nearly all rooms.
