Private Room for Rent, 1/2 Bath and Balcony I am looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin that is 15 min up the mountain towards the Unitas from Heber in a gated community called Timber Lakes. 4 wheel/all-wheel drive required in winter months and experience with windy/dirt/snow covered mountain roads recommended. Your private space (I can provide a queen bed if needed) offers a closet, a sink with counter space, wifi and a private toilet. Step directly out onto your own private deck-the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee and stuning mountain views. A shared shower is conveniently located downstairs, and a shared washer and dryer are also available. The cabin itself is designed for cozy, peaceful living. Enjoy a shared full kitchen, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and massage chair, and plenty of warmth from additional heaters during the winter. With a spacious driveway and an EV car charger, parking is never an issue. Utilities are included in the rent. I value a clean and quiet home and am often away working as a tattoo artist in Salt Lake City. Two friendly cats call this place home as well, so a love for felines is a must! I am open to considering other pets with an additional $50 per month/per pet and a $300 non-refundable fortelie and a su5t nom opendable deposit. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside only.
