About 1050 Harwood St
ROOMMATE WANTED About the place: it's a large corner unit (lots of light!) with a great view of English bay from a decent (45 sf) balcony, older (but in good condition) appliances, a storage locker, and parking is available ($60/month, not covered). The living area is furnished (comfy couch, great dining table, and a 65" flatscreen) but I'm open to adding/subtracting some of my stuff. The 2nd bedroom is currently furnished (but can be removed if you have your own stuff). Unfortunately the building doesn't allow pets. About me: I'm a male working professional who likes to stay active (soccer, hockey, snowboarding, triathlons) and is pretty social (dinners, BBQs, boardgame nights) but also travel for work so am away occasionally. I like to keep the place clean but am not going to stress over a few dirty dishes. Not a smoker, but 420 friendly from time to time. Usually have a few drinks on the weekend, but not ragers all night long. I have a girlfriend but she lives in Victoria so she comes over every now and then for the weekend (and I also go over to visit her). Ideally you're someone who wants to live downtown, is pretty social, isn't a complete slob, and loves music (let me know some of your favourite gigs you've been to?)!
