This small boutique community is a short 5 minute drive to downtown Conway with shops, restaurants and the serene Riverwalk. APPLICATION SCREENING REPORT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE… We require a minimum of a 12month lease. At the time of application, we perform a full credit, criminal, and rental history screening. *Past evictions and unsettled landlord/tenant disputes are an automatic decline, no exceptions. We will review your credit history for several factors (debt/income ratios, history of payments, longevity, types of accounts in derogatory standing).
