Honestly, when it's come to Apts in the past, I've always felt like the management was nice up until you received the keys. Then they adopted an us vs them complex that, while polite, was difficult. However, I have to say that Brighton Hills was the best renting experience I have ever had. Paula, the manager there, was beyond courteous, helpful at every turn in every way possible, and when I ran into a maintenance problem, it was very prompt to get resolved by the on-site maintenance guy, Steve. Who was also fantastic. Just a real dude that got stuff fixed quickly and was fun to talk to while he was there. Seriously, I would love to have a beer some time with that guy. Regretfully, I had to leave once my lease was up as I couldn't afford it anymore and had to go to a new place that I already don't like as much. I hope to move back here once I'm making enough to pay the rent without concern. Pros: The best management ever, can't hear neighbors, placement of buildings means you don't hear Hwy-99 traffic at all, great layouts, tons of room for the price. Also the landscaping was great with the "Dr. Seuss" trees as they call them Cons: Parking for guests could occasionally be tough if anyone was coming by at like 7:30-8ish, as the number on spots for guest parking was limited, but worst case there was always parking at Goodwill across the street. In summary, if you're looking for a place that actually feels like home, you really should look at this place closer.

I absolutely love living here. The manager Cordell is amazing and things get taken care. Just today I called because my sink got super clogged and filled with water. They had someone over in 5 MINUTES. All staff are super friendly and respectful of your spaces. I have not had one issue living here coming up in a year and most definitely staying. They even go out of their way to walk the grounds late at night to make sure there isn’t anyone messing around with peoples cars and the property. I feel safe and taken care of.
