THOUGH IT'S CONSIDERED A "ONE-BEDROOM," this place is VERY LARGE! It has three separate rooms (typically one is a bedroom, one dining room, one living room) and a kitchen. You also have access to a downstairs enclosed courtyard. You could probably have 2-4 people living here and it wouldn't be uncomfortable. Currently the room I made my bedroom could fix about 4 queen-sized beds and a desk, if that helps explain how much space there is. Lots of storage space also, two main closets. Off-street parking (city pass - only cost $25 for a full year) and A/C are included. It will be available to move-in by next Thursday August 30th. There's been some recent changes going on in my life and due to it, I need to relocate, so I've spoken to my landlord and he has given me permission to find someone else to take over the lease. I've lived there for about a month now. It's right above Bodega, the restaurant in Short North (www.bodegacolumbus.com). I had no problem establishing internet, gas, cable, and electric; the wifi is VERY FAST here. I REALLY REALLY NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE TAKE THIS PLACE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Please, let me know! Thanks!
