River view arts & crafts rustic cottage, located in the desirable Penn school district, has been remodeled with modern updates. The entire home has been remodeled inside and out, still needs a few touches in progress in the summer, but I've taken a long term job across the country... So looking for someone who will love it. Designer planned interiors are built throughout with a newly equipped, custom kitchen which includes an island, gas dual fuel range, built in refrigerator, and dishwasher. Its an open floor plan to a cathedral ceilinged living space. Engineered walnut hardwood is installed throughout. We are pet friendly, but careful to get truly house trained pets as this is a brand new remodel. I am very selective seeking those who are gainfully employed professionals, non-smokers, and has a clean back ground check.
