The perfect family home in a wonderful neighborhood close to Sapsucker Woods. The house offers three bedrooms upstairs and a separate office/bedroom downstairs (there is no closet in this room). There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen was recently updated and the floors on the main floor are new. There is a shared driveway for the property with a tenant living in the smaller house behind our unit (Thus, the property for rent is unit #1 and the smaller unit behind the house is unit #2). The two houses do not share any walls, so there is complete privacy and no need to worry about disturbing neighbors. Each unit has access to one bay of the shared garage. The house has a new heating system. There is no central air conditioning, but each of the bedrooms have an AC window unit. There are additional window units in the dining room and living room. IMPORTANT NOTE: The home will come fully furnished--as shown in the pictures. Owners are moving abroad and leaving everything from pots and pans to our televisions and beds. House is zoned for Northeast Elementary and DeWitt Middle School. The Northeast bus stop is directly in front of the house. There is a park at the end of the street and families frequently bike/walk down our quiet street. The bus stop that provides transportation to Cornell is just a couple of blocks away. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, spectrum, and trash removal + tags. Owner will pay for the driveway to be plowed during the winter and for lawn care costs.
