Light-filled interiors feature clean coastal finishes and an open, airy layout. Step outside to a spacious private backyard designed for laid-back beach living. The outdoor space includes a deck and patio, lounge seating, a hammock, and a fire pit perfect for seaside evenings under the stars. There is detached storage with a washer and dryer for convenience and functionality for longer stays. Monthly rental rates vary by season and are as follows: 2026 (Plus taxes and fee) March: $10,000 April: $8,000 May: Not available June: $7,000 July: $7,000 August: $7,000 September: Not available October: Not available November: Thanksgiving week only (nightly rates apply) December: Not available 2027 (Plus taxes and fees) January: $8,000 February: Not available Short term rentals are allowed under 30 days only 3 times over a 12 month span.
