Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a private deck and an updated ensuite bathroom with heated floors. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the upper level. The home also includes an attached 2-car garage and a fenced backyard. First and last month's rent as well as a $3,600 security deposit are required prior to moving in. Available for a minimum lease of 12+ months only. Pets are negotiable with owner approval and pet deposit. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, internet, and cable TV or satellite. The resident is also responsible for snow removal from the driveway, walkways, and decks, as well as replacing water filters and maintaining water softener salt levels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe. NEIGHBORHOOD: Blackhawk Station is a peaceful Park City community with sweeping mountain views and over a third of its 34 acres preserved as open space. Located in Kimball Junction, it offers easy access to Park City and Salt Lake City via I-80, along with nearby shopping and transit. Residents enjoy close proximity to Canyons Village, Park City Mountain, and Deer Valley, plus outdoor recreation with trails, Swaner Preserve access, biking paths, and fishing along East Canyon Creek.
