The Space: Guests will arrive at a beautiful, open-concept space with a sectional sofa, functional kitchenette, queen bed, eating area, workspace, and a gorgeous bathroom with a walk-in shower. We provide a pack-n-play, high chair, and gate for stairs if needed. Miscellaneous: We have a strict no-smoking and no-party policy. • Smoking Fee: $1000 fee - Zero tolerance (indoor only, outdoor smoking permitted) • The property has exterior Ring cameras and a NoiseAware device inside (both are only monitored if there is a disturbance). Lease Terms - Mitten Housing requires all potential applicants to be vetted and verified by Mitten Housing before signing the required rental agreement. All utilities and wifi are included in the cost of the rent. The minimum stay is monthly (30 nights) but can be extended further or rented on a month-to-month basis.
