For more details and to contact: https://realtyww.info/houses-villas-cottages-townhouses/houses/room-for-rent-in-kalamazoo-mi_i324281 West side of kalamazoo, mi 49006 looking for mature, easygoing, laid back, liberal, female or male roommate with positive and calm disposition to help split rent at beautiful ranch house located in peaceful wooded setting on .6 of an acre, but also located in neighborhood within minutes of wmu, k-college, or downtown. this is a 4 bedroom ranch (3 upstairs, 1 downstairs). it has 1286 sq. feet on main level, and 902 sq. feet in basement. it also has 2 full baths, one with a bathtub/shower, and the other just a shower. the living room has floor to ceiling windows and overlooks trees and the valley below. it also has a private backyard surrounded by trees and is fenced in. roommate would be sharing the house with one female, age 43, who works full-time monday-friday, and her son age 19 who has his own room and living quarters in the basement, and one other roommate tbd. all would share the kitchen and showers. there are also 2 medium size dogs in the house (between 30-40 pounds). looking for two renters as will have 2 rooms open, and signing a one year lease. renters would need to work out a schedule to mow own lawn and do snow removal and generally take care of premises (owner provides equipment). would really like someone who is chill and also is not too uptight or too type a of a personality. also prefer someone that is emotionally healthy and doesn't bring drama to the house. would prefer someone who generally keeps the house clean and picked up, although it doesn't have to be spotless. prefer professional with full time job or multiple jobs so making rent is not an issue. will verify employment, check references and do background check. thanks!
