The main floor has a kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. Dining room connects to the kitchen and living room. Upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a private bath connected to a larger bedroom. The basement has the 4th bedroom with an attached bath, family room, and laundry room with washer and dryer included. TONS of storage in the crawl space with a plywood floor and nice built-in shelves. Main floor has a wood fireplace and basement has a wood stove, both functional. A pet may be negotiable for additional rent. Primary heat is hot water baseboard but the fireplaces can heat the home as well.
