All the amenities needed for large families, multiple families, and corporate housing for a short stay or long term. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. 2 Family Rooms: One with a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, and curtains for semi-privacy, the other with a wood-burning fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with eating island. Master Bedroom has a private 4-piece master bath. Sleeps 8 people. *A rental agreement must be signed to complete the reservation. Renter must be 25 years or older Separate lower level suite. No cross traffic, separate entrance, shared driveway. *Includes Wi-fi, Water, Heat, Electricity, Basic Cable, Trash/Recycling, Lawn Care, and Snow Removal *Parking is in the driveway for one car, extra parking is street parking. Pets are welcome. Fees apply. One-time cleaning fee of $275. * Owner reserves the right to do a credit/background check on all month-to-month renters. * Renter is required to purchase Renter's Insurance naming the owner & manager as additional insureds. * Rent includes 4 people, including children. Add $10.00 per night per person to exceed 4 people. * Responsible Party (licensee): The Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, is considered the Responsible Party, and will be present during the entire reservation. If requested, Guests and occupants must present valid government IDs. The Responsible Party assumes liability for the actions of all occupants and their guests. The Responsible Party must ensure children are always supervised. Guest agrees to comply with all homeowner rules and regulations regarding the use of the property and common areas. * Absolutely no parties, events, or excessive drinking allowed. We do not rent to any group that intends to use the Vacation Home as a place for "excessive drinking" and or a "party" getaway. * Exceeding the occupancy limits is not allowed. * Quiet Time & Noise Levels: The Vacation Home is in a residential neighborhood. Noise that disturbs the peace & quiet of neighbors is not allowed. * ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE AGREEMENT In addition to the standard terms included herein, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest's rental of the Property: A Rental License Agreement (4+ pages) will be sent by email to the Guest for a DocuSign electronic signature to be returned along with a copy of a valid ID, such as a driver's license to complete the reservation prior to the reservation check-in date, including Instant Bookings". * Management reserves the right to do a background check on Guests.
