Basement is partially finished with an updated full bath, an area for a play room or gym, laundry and storage area. Covered deck and fenced yard in the back. Walking distance to downtown Morganton, just off West Union. We offer a 1 year lease agreement. After a year's lease is fulfilled, we offer a month-to-month option or a year's lease renewal option. We do not rent to smokers as we are a 100% smoke-free community, no exceptions. Application Fee is $40.00/person and the security deposit is the same as the rent amount.
