Must be able to pass a background and credit check! Additional $25 monthly fee covers water and garbage. Please contact Rebel (property manager) at (409) 735-3212 Very quiet and safe 44 unit apartment community in Bridge City School District. Many long term residents and a resident manager. On-site laundry and 1 covered parking space included for each unit. Management has been making exterior improvements and upgrading unit interiors. Each unit includes central HVAC, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Residents pay a monthly $25 fee that covers water and garbage. All other utilities are the responsibility of resident. Less than 1 mile from new Chevron Phillips project in Orange Texas and a short drive to many other large scale projects in Orange County, Texas. Will consider short term leases for additional monthly fee.
