Double vanity and soak in tub in master bathroom, spacious rooms and fenced in backyard. Dogs will be considered with a non refundable pet fee. Schools: Perdue Elementary, Feagin Mill Middle, HoCo Approved Applicants are required to execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full security deposit within 24 hours after approval/seeing the home.
