We have a guesthouse (one bedroom, one bathroom and a small kitchen) that we are renting out on a MidTerm basis (rent out for one month or more but less than one year) for any tenant who needs space temporarily mainly for work purposes. Our unit rents out to a maximum of one tenant only (max of two with additional fee if related). We will share the laundry area and the pool area. My family and I live in the main house so please feel free to let us know any concerns during business hours. We try to provide the basics that any tenant will need during their stay and make them feel comfortable in the space that we are offering. There is a monthly pet fee and max of 1 per only.
