Cat & small dog (under 30lbs.) negotiable with a $500 Non-refundable pet fee, plus $25/month pet rent. No large dogs please $50 additional per month for sewer/water/HOA fees utility reimbursement fee. Every lease signed there is a $150 admin fee.
