I keep the shared parts of the house tidy and would expect the same from my housemate. What state you choose to keep your own bedroom in is entirely up to you, as long as the place is being looked after..! This is a party-free, smoke-free, drug-free and (unfortunately) pet-free home!! This place is brilliantly located downtown on Nelson and Richards St in the heart of Yaletown. Nesters, Shoppers and Marketplace IGA are the local supermarkets, everything is accessible from here with the buses on Granville and Yaletown Skytrain station only 4 blocks away. I would like my housemate to have similar traits as me, stated above. Among all: reliable, respectful and pleasant to live with is what i'm looking for!!
