Plus it's just steps away from a University bus stop. Application fee $35 per adult occupant or guarantor/co-signer. Deposit equal to one month's rent. 1-2 small to medium (50 pound maximum) pets considered, if house/litter trained and over 1 year old. $300 non-refundable pet fee for first pet, and $250 pet fee for second pet. 2 pet maximum. Credit, background, and income checks will apply to all adult residents. Applicants should have income of 3x the rent, a 600+ credit score, and a good background check.
