Property Id: 2337006 Hello, This is my primary residence and I have owned this home for 8 years and I have had great success with roommates throughout the years- I have 1 room and 1 private bathroom available in a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a large 1/2 acre backyard and an open, welcoming living area. The common spaces are roomy and perfect for hanging out, relaxing, or hosting the occasional get-together. The room is 12ft x 11ft and a very large closet, with your own private bathroom. I have a 65 inch TV with speakers that I will leave in the room, if you want to use at your convenience. Myself and the other roommate are both in our late 30’s. You’ll be sharing the home with myself and a fellow female bartender who work hard and enjoy unwinding when we’re off—whether that’s cooking, watching movies, listening to music, or just chilling at home. We’re social, respectful, and appreciate a laid-back but responsible household. The backyard is a big plus—great for relaxing outside, BBQs, or enjoying some fresh air and the occasional bonfire. In the summer months I always put up the pool to soak and relax. The house has a warm, lived-in feel and is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable place that feels like home, not just a rental. Looking for a male or female roommate of any age that is like-minded, clean, and considerate roommate who enjoys a good balance of work, downtime, and positive energy.
