3 bedroom 2 bath duplex located in a rural setting close to Shaw AFB. No carpet! Kitchen offers black appliances and there is a 2 car parking pad out front. This property will be available to tour Monday-Thursday from 8:30-4:30 and Friday 8:30-2:00. You will need to come by our office to check out a key and provide a valid ID. No appointment needed. You can submit an application on our website rentsumter. com and you will be notified upon approval. Everyone 18 and older must complete an application on the Southeastern Rentals website. Pets are okay upon owner approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet. Lease Terms- 12 month lease $1300 security deposit $1300/month $350 nonrefundable fee per pet
