This 4 bedroom 1 bathroom farmhouse is available for rent in Shippensburg. Easy access to 81 but still very private! The home is located down a long driveway in the middle of a farm. The main floor has a large 2 car garage, big kitchen, nice bright living room, with an office or even an additional bedroom right off the living room. There is a small sitting area that connects to the mudroom at the entrance to the home. Upstairs has all the bedrooms and the bathroom! The master bedroom is larger with vaulted ceilings, there are 2 other bedrooms on the larger side, and then a smaller 4th bedroom as well. We've added nearly 100 photos to help show the layout, the views from the property, etc. Tenant is responsible for $250/mo electric to be paid in addition to rent amount (paid monthly with rent payment), propane for heat, as well as trash. Property is on well and septic. Owner to pay lawn care and snow removal. ** Just the home itself is for rent, the farm and the out buildings are not available for use by the tenant.
